UK orders include free first class post with tracking. We aim to complete your order and dispatch it within 24 hours. Delivery times after dispatch are usually one to two working days.
Returns
Once an engraved order is completed, returns are not accepted. The item is custom-made with your text or artwork and cannot be resold. Check spelling, design, size and colour before you pay.
If you need a layout checked, email sales@mbcengraving.com before you order. Unengraved items that arrive damaged in transit should also be reported to that address with your order details.
